Can I send tiles for matching?
- Sorry. We cannot accept tiles for matching at this time.

Shipping cost to USA addresses used to be included. Why is there a flat rate charge for mahjong tile orders?
- Shipping costs were included in mahjong tile prices since mahjongtiles™ was established in January 2001. Since 2001, the US Postal Service prices have tripled from around $1.50 to now over $4.00 (in 2023) to ship a 5 oz. bubble envelope. Adding the flat rate shipping charge will help keep the prices of individual tiles where they are.
- For orders with mahjongtilestickers™ and/or replacementstickers™ only (no mahjong tiles), shipping cost to USA addresses (including APOs and FPOs) is still included in the price.
I submitted multiple orders and each has a flat rate shipping charge. Can shipping be combined?
- It's always best to add all your items to the shopping cart before you checkout. However, multiple orders will be combined whenever possible prior to shipping and then only one flat rate shipping charge will apply. The other additional flat rate shipping charges for the combined orders will be refunded.
- For example, you submitted three separate orders and were charged $5.00 flat rate shipping charge for each separate order ($15.00 total). If all three orders are shipped together, you will only be charged $5.00 flat rate shipping charge and the other two flat rate shipping charges (totaling $10.00) will be refunded to your credit card.
Will the shipping fee be refunded if I submit a return?
- Sorry, but no. If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with...RETURN IT within 30 days of receipt (based on USPS Tracking™, or similar delivery tracking date) for a full refund of merchandise cost (you pay only the return shipping costs--original shipping cost is not refundable). Items returned 31 days or more after receipt are not eligible for refund. All returns must be sent to us freight/shipping prepaid. Any “postage due” or similar charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Please use the “Returns” link listed under “Customer Service” for a "Return Goods Authorization" (RGA) and return instructions. We are unable to accept returns of products that are altered or modified in any way by the customer.
How do I place an order if I do not have a USA address? The shopping cart will not let me proceed without a USA shipping address.
- Shipping to non-USA addresses is so variable it is difficult to automatically calculate for small envelope packages.
- For customers with non-USA shipping addresses, please email your tile order request (include Tile Set number, specific tiles, and quantities) to request@mahjongtiles.com
- You will receive and email with your order and multiple shipping options/prices to choose from.
- Once you decide on a shipping option/price to your non-USA address, you will receive an invoice to pay for your order and shipping.
